The Sibling DNA test determines the likelihood of siblings being biologically related to each other.
The most suitable test for your situation is a half-sibling test .
The DNA of two or more individuals with the same biological mother is compared to determine the likelihood that they have the same biological father .
When the number of sibling participants is greater than 2, you will have to choose a main participant who will be the only one compared to the other two. The choice of participant depends on your research of the relationship between the individuals. If you want all participants to be compared with each other please inform the laboratory, which may charge you an additional cost.
If in your research of kinship, the doubt relates to presumed parents coming from the same family, then all known parents must participate in the test with the children.
It is always recommended to test the known mother to get the most accurate results possible, since the genetic heritage of children is only half that of the parents.
